Don't forget about the
Kenosha Velodrome
races on Sunday.
Sunday's Cheddar Cheese Challenge is held at the Kenosha velodrome, a short 1 hour drive from the Northbrook Velodrome. This is a very fun and smooth track. Races will include the Bill Murphy memorial 1K TT, indeterminate lap race, and more!
Course Description
The Northbrook Velodrome is a gently banked oval which measures 382 M on the inside line. It was completely repaved in 2004. The surface is a smooth epoxy coated asphalt. The track is surrounded by tall trees which help block the wind. There is a chalet just adjacent to the course which has restrooms and vending machines. There are also bleachers around the track.
